Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using Couples Todo ("the app"), you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. What the app does

Couples Todo is a shared list app for couples. You make lists, add things to them, mark them done, and share them with a partner through iCloud.

3. Price

The app is free to download. A free week starts when you choose it in the app. After that, adding new lists and items needs a one-time purchase. There's no subscription. Your lists stay viewable and editable either way, and when your partner joins your lists they get the same access as you.

Purchases are handled by Apple and follow the App Store's terms, including refunds.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for anything unlawful
• Share content that harms or harasses someone
• Reverse engineer the app

5. Your content

You own your lists. They live in your iCloud account, and we have no access to them.

6. Shared lists

Anyone you invite can see and change your shared lists. You're responsible for who you invite, and you can stop sharing at any time.

7. Availability

The app depends on iCloud, which Apple runs. We can't promise it will always be available, and we may change features over time.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost data or other damages from using it.

9. Changes

When we change these terms, we update the date above.
